I’m Mark Nicol, owner of FXR Maintenance, LLC, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for fixing things and making spaces better. Over the years, I’ve managed large facilities, overseen complex construction projects, and led teams of professionals in healthcare, property management, and building operations. But what I’ve always enjoyed most are the smaller projects—the ones where attention to detail really matters and where a personal touch makes all the difference.

While serving as a Facilities Director at a children’s hospital, I often worked in sensitive areas where precision, safety, and infection control were critical. It was in those moments that I realized how important it is to have someone you can trust with the little things: the patch in the wall, the door that won’t close right, the shelves that need to be just so. Too often, big contractors weren’t the right fit for those jobs, and I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I started FXR Maintenance. My goal is simple: to provide quality work with care, especially for the projects that are too small for big firms but too important to ignore. I take pride in being hands-on—when you hire FXR, you’re hiring me. I’ll be the one listening to your needs, doing the work, and making sure you’re completely satisfied before I call the job done.
